LIFE is such a friendly place to work out, relax and meet new people
At Life, we offer both one-to-one and group personal training sessions. All these sessions are run by our fully qualified fitness instructors and are developed and adapted according to each individual member's needs and targets.
We also offer members training in the gym FREE 30 minute programmes with our trainer Sue Cheesborough. These include:
Mondays: 5.30 to 6.00 pm - Power Moves Pilates to strengthen your tummy muscles and improve your posture.
Wednesdays: 5.30 to 6.00 pm - How to Stretch properly helpin you to improve your posture, breathing and reduce injuries.
