Tuesday: 5.30 to 6.30 pm Boxercise/Circuits Pete
Boxercise combines boxing and exercise in great fun, stress busting activity and a very effective cross-training fitness option.
Wednesday: 6.00 to 7.00 pm Pilates Zoe
Pilates is an exercise method designed to elongate, strengthen and restore the boy to balance. It is one of the safest forms of exercsie and can be beneficial for just about everyone, regardless of age and fitness level
Thursday: 5.30 to 6.30 pm Circuits Sam
Circuits are an excellent way of improving fitness and endurance. They are based on a variety of different exercises performed for a specified number of repetitions or for a set time before moving onto the next exercise.
