Here are some top tips to look trim and tasty for your loved one!
Try some Russian twists. Simply lay on your back, with your legs straight up in air. Twist from side to side to create a pendulum effect with your legs. Swing 20 times in each direction and repeat twice.
Get rid of your Valentine’s Day love handles – tip 2
Try very fast interval training sessions. You will need to run at 90% of your running capacity for 20 seconds and then rest for 10 seconds. Do this eight times per session.
Get rid of your Valentine’s Day love handles – tip 3
The one arm farmers walk is a great exercise for your waist. You will need to use a very heavy weight (between 20 – 40 kg depending on your own weight). Walk carrying the weight with your arm straight down by your side over a 20 metre distance. Repeat the walk four times on each arm.

The side plank is another great exercise for slimming the waist and strengthening your core. Hold for 30 seconds on each arm and repeat 3 times on each side.
